摘要
目前造纸机多采用多台直流电动机带动各传动辊轴的传动方式,传动系统精度低,易发生故障,维修困难、费用高。变频控制技术应用到造纸机张力、供浆、供水等多系统中,调速精度高,可靠性强,提高了生产效率和节能效果。
At present, paper machine uses more than one DC motor to drive the transmission way of driving roller, and transmission precision is low. The malfunction of the appropriate maintenance is difficulty and the cost is very high. Frequency conversion control technology is applied to the paper machine tension, for pulp, water supply system, we can speed control accuracy and obtain high reliability to improve the production efficiency and energy saving effect.
