论技能型人才培养特色名校兼职教师队伍建设与管理——以潍坊职业学院为例

摘要 加强兼职教师队伍建设,对于促进高职院校深化教育教学改革、提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力具有重要意义。高职院校应通过创新校企合作机制、构建校企合作利益共同体、建立职业教育集团内部人才资源库等途径重点引进专家型、授课型、实践指导型三类兼职教师,通过强化聘任、教学考核、培训和激励等过程管理,形成兼职教师队伍建设与管理的长效机制。 The part- time faculty building is significant for enhancing higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of education and teaching,promote talent training quality and improve the community service abilities.Higher vocational colleges should introduce three kinds of part- time faculty including experts,instruction- type teachers and practical guidance teachers through innovating school- enterprise cooperative mechanism,establishing benefit community between school and enterprise and building talent database of vocational education group.We should also emphasize process management by strengthening appointment,educational examination,training and motivation in order to form permanent mechanism of the part- time faculty building and management.
