学生顶岗实习质量保障体系构建研究

Research on Building of Quality- protecting Systems for Students Job Training

当前高职院校学生顶岗实习存在专业对口率偏低、企业积极性不高、学校管理松散等问题,制约着实习质量的提高。构建学生顶岗实习质量保障体系,是提高实习质量的重要保障。学生顶岗实习质量保障体系应由顶岗实习运行管理体系、组织管理制度、三方评价体系、巡查制度等内容构成。

There are some problems,such as low ratio of job- suiting for student’major,low motivation for enterprises and loosening systems of school managements,which restrict the increasing of students’ practical training.That builds the quality-protecting systems for students’ practical training is the important guarantee for the practical training qualities.The quality- protecting systems for students’ practical training should be composed of management running systems of practical training,organization and management rules,three sides’ evaluation systems and patrolling rules.
