摘要
提升高职院校辅导员科研能力是加强辅导员队伍专业化建设、提高学生教育管理和思想政治教育工作水平的客观需要。缺乏科研意识、角色定位模糊、流动性大是造成高职院校辅导员队伍科研能力弱的主要原因。高职院校应提高辅导员选拔标准,加强对辅导员的科研考核和制度激励,实施名师引导和分类管理策略,全面提升辅导员队伍科研素养。
Enhancing the research ability of higher vocational college counselors is the objective needs to strengthen the professional construction of counselor team and improve the students’ management as well as ideological and political education level.The lack of scientific research consciousness,role ambiguity and mobility is the main cause of the weak research capacity of higher vocational college counselors.In order to advance the research ability of higher vocational colleges instructor,we should improve the instructor selection criteria,strengthen the scientific research evaluation and incentive system and implement prominent teachers’ guidance and category management strategies.
