关于完善高职院校治理结构的思考

Thinking about Perfecting the Governance Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges

健全高职院校治理结构是构建现代高职院校制度的核心问题。我国现行高职院校治理结构存在行政权力过泛、办学独立性弱、行业企业参与缺失等诸多亟待完善的问题。解决这些问题,一要转变政府职能;二要建立明晰的高职院校内部管理制度;三要成立董事会,让企业有平台真正参与高职院校管理。

How to improve the governance structure in higher vocational colleges is the core of the modern system of higher vocational colleges.There exist many problems in the current governance structure in higher vocational colleges,such as too extensive administrative power,independence,lack of enterprises to participate in,and many other problems needed to be improve.To solve these problems,firstly,we should transform government functions; Secondly,we must establish a clear internal management system in higher vocational colleges; Thirdly,we need to set up the board of directors to make enterprises have a platform to participate in the management in higher vocational colleges.
