安丘市农民专业合作社发展状况研究

Research about the Development of Anqiu City Farmers’ Professional Co-operatives

对安丘市农民专业合作社发展状况进行了研究,总结了安丘市农民专业合作社的主要组织模式,及其在提高农业生产组织化程度、增加农民收入、完善农村治理结构等方面的重要作用。分析了安丘市农民专业合作社存在的规模小、管理不规范、融资困难、人才匮乏等问题,提出了财政金融扶持合作社发展、立足地方优势产业培育合作社、规范合作社内部治理以及加强合作社社员教育培训等对策和建议。

We researched the development of Anqiu city farmers’ professional cooperative,summarized the main organization mode and the important role in improving the organization scale of agricultural production,increasing farmers’ income and perfecting rural governance structure.The paper analyzed the existing problems of Anqiu city farmers’ professional cooperative.For example,the scale was small and management was not standard; financing was difficult and talent was poor,and so on.Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for fiscal and monetary supporting the development of cooperative,fostering cooperative based on the local advantageous industries,standardizing the cooperatives internal governance and strengthening the cooperative education training.
