当前我国粮食生产存在劳动力结构性缺失、生态环境恶化、科技含量低、生产成本高、土地资源紧张等一系列问题,影响粮食生产可持续发展和食品质量安全。在经济发展新常态下,通过加快转变粮食生产方式解决这些问题,是现实需要、形势所迫。转变粮食发展方式,培育新型职业农民是根本举措,发展"绿色农业"是重要方向,加快土地流转是有效措施,科技兴粮是重要支撑。

At present,China’s grain production has a series of problems such as the lack of labor structure,the deterioration of ecological environment,the low scientific and technological content,high production costs,and the shortage of land resources,which affect the sustainable development of grain production and food quality and safety.Under the new normal economic development,solving these problems by accelerating the transformation of grain production methods is the real needs and forced by the situation.Therefore,changing grain development mode and cultivating new type of professional farmers is a fundamental measure and developing Green Agriculture is an important direction; accelerating the transfer of land is an effective measure and science and technology application is an important support.
