摘要
在现实中,教师常常面临义利冲突、角色冲突和心理冲突等矛盾。这些矛盾在很大程度上是由于抽象性的伦理内涵与具体的教师伦理行为存在偏差、强制性的伦理规范忽视教师个体的教学伦理意识需要、利他性的伦理要求排斥教师利己性的现实需要造成的。因此,应充分考虑教师发展的现实需求,以教师为本,坚守教育的道德性目标,构建新的教师评价机制和教师伦理道德规范。
In reality,teachers often face moral conflict,role conflict and psychological conflict. These contradictions in large extent are due to the deviation between abstract ethical connotation and specific teachers ethical behavior,mandatory ethics neglects individual teacher ’s teaching ethics consciousness needs,altruism ethical requirements excludes the practical needs of teachers. Therefore,we should take full account of the practical needs of teachers’ development,erect the teacher oriented,stick to the moral goal of education,and construct the new teacher evaluation mechanism and the teacher ethics moral standards.
