摘要
以问卷形式,从学校声誉、教学服务、行政服务、图书馆服务、校园文化和后勤服务六个方面对成都文理学院的学生满意度状况进行了调查。依据学生满意度调查数据分析学院办学优势和教学、管理、服务工作存在的不足,建议成都文理学院通过优化专业体系、强化学生实践能力培养、完善后勤服务体系、整合校园文化活动、丰富图书馆藏资源等措施提高学生满意度。
In the form of a questionnaire,this paper investigated students’ satisfaction of Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences from six aspects as the school reputation,teaching services,administrative services,database services,campus culture and logistics services. According to the students’ satisfaction survey data,we analyzed our running advantages and disadvantages of teaching,management and service,we recommended Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences to improve the student’satisfaction by optimizing the professional system,strengthening the students ’ practice ability training,improving the logistics service system,integrating campus cultural activities,enriching the database collection resources.
