VOA Special English loaded in smart phones has some advantages in teaching of public English listening for vocational students,such as,news updated daily,news coming from various countries,which is very helpful on teaching vocational students at present. According to the news of Mark Zuckerberg’s Social Accounts Hacked,the paper analyzes how to use VOA Special English to practise speech disrimination,phrase understanding and sentence understanding.
