摘要
实现高校学生充分就业和更高质量的就业,要求高校提高职业指导水平。为此,高校应加强职业指导师资建设,拓展职业指导活动和方法,构建职业指导的主体(指导者)、客体(接受指导者)和两者的联结载体(工具、手段、程序、方法等)'三位一体'的职业指导体系,使职业指导更具针对性和实效性,真正提高大学生的就业意识和就业能力。
To achieve students’ full and higher quality employment,colleges and universities need to improve the level of vocational guidance. Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational guidance,expand vocational guidance activities and methods,construct"Trinity"vocational guidance system includes education subject( instructor),education object( guidance acceptance) and linked carrier( tools,instruments,procedures,methods,etc.),and then make vocational guidance more targeted and effective,truly improve the colleges and universities students’ consciousness and ability of employment.
