高职信息类专业实训室管理模式创新实践——以潍坊职业学院为例

Innovation of Management Mode of Training Room for Information Specialties in Higher Vocational Educationr——Case Study of Weifang Vocational College

潍坊职业学院信息工程学院在实训室管理过程中,通过引入企业'6S'管理模式和信息化管理手段、实施教师管理员与学生管理员共管机制,构建了制度化、科学化、多元化、一体化的信息类专业实训室管理新模式,实训室管理水平显著提高,实践教学功能和社会服务功能得到有效发挥。

Through introducing the 6S management mode and the information management method and implementing the mechanism of teachers and students co-management in the course of training room management,the Information Engineering College of Weifang Vocational College and constructs an institutionalized,scientific and diversified new management model to improve training room management level significantly and practical teaching and social services function.
