单螺杆空压机自动控制系统设计

Design of Automatic Control System for Single Screw Air Compressor

摘要 根据工矿企业供气负荷变化调节的需求,设计了一种以PLC为核心的单螺杆空压机控制系统,通过PLC、变频器实现对多台单螺杆空压机的多项自动控制。本系统控制电路设计精确,性能稳定,提高了供气系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,同时改善了频繁的加载和卸载,延长了设备的使用寿命,节约了能源。 According to the demand of gas supply and demand regulation in industrial and mining enterprises,a single screw air compressor control system with PLC as the core is designed. The automatic control of multiple single screw air compressors is realized by PLC and frequency converter. With accurate control circuit design and stable performance,the system increases the stability and reliability of the gas supply system operation,improves the frequent loading and unloading,extends the service life of the equipment and saves energy.
