摘要
针对高职院校食品加工技术专业实践教学存在的问题,结合区域经济发展和食品行业企业岗位需求,构建了教学做一体的实践教学体系和'产教结合、学岗融通'的实践教学模式,并对实践教学考核方法进行了改革。
According to the problems existing in the teaching practice of food processing technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,combining with the regional economic development and the demand of food industry enterprises jobs,we build the practical teaching system and the teaching mode of combination of production and education,the major keeping in line with the jobs,and reform the practice teaching assessment methods.
