摘要
人力资源管理专业综合实践教学模式包括认知学习、课程演练、集中实训、跨专业综合实训、职业技能大赛、校企合作、顶岗实习、毕业设计8个环节。该教学模式以工作流程为导向,在真实和模拟的岗位环境中培养学生的专业技能和综合职业能力。
The comprehensive practice teaching model of human resource management professional includes eight links such as cognitive learning,course practice,comprehensive training,vocational skills contest,cooperation between school and enterprise,field work,graduation design. According to working process,the teaching model cultivate the students’ professional quality and professional ability.
