Research on Development of Weifang Smart Tourism

智慧旅游是现代信息技术驱动旅游业创新发展出现的新形态,代表了旅游产业未来发展潮流。潍坊市智慧旅游在提高信息服务能力、打造旅游公共服务体系等方面有了较大发展,但仍面临着基础条件建设薄弱、资金投入不足、人才缺乏等制约因素。潍坊市发展智慧旅游,应重点做好顶层设计和总体规划、构建智慧旅游信息管理平台、完善智慧旅游服务应用体系、营销体系、运营模式等工作。

Smart tourism is a new form of tourism development driving by modern information technology,and it represents the future development trend of tourism industry. The smart tourism in Weifang city has made great progress in improving the information service ability,building tourism public service system and other aspects,but it still faces the constraints of weak infrastructure construction,insufficient funding and lack of talent. Weifang smart tourism development should focus on finishing top-level design and overall planning,constructing the information management platform of smart tourism and improving the service application system,marketing system,operating mode and other work.
