摘要
以威海海洋职业学院为例,结合学校地域特征,深入分析食品感官检验技术课程的特点、学生学情和教学环境,从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等角度阐述了食品感官检验技术课程教学改革的具体做法。
Taking Weihai Ocean Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of food sensory testing technology curriculum,the students’ learning situation and teaching environment,and explains the teaching reform specific approach of food sensory testing technology from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment methods.
