摘要
在梳理政府政策和归纳总结学界观点的基础上,提出了高职院校'双师型'教师的具体内涵应包含两个层面:个体'双师'素质和整体'双师'结构,并据此提出了高职院校'双师型'教师队伍建设的四条路径。
On the basis of carding government policy and a summary of the academic perspective,the paper puts forward that the specific connotation of higher vocational college double quality teachers should include individual double quality and the overall structure dual qualification,from which the paper gives the four paths to build double qualified teachers team in higher vocational colleges.
