新疆高职院校开展创业教育培养大学生创业意愿浅探

Research on Carrying Out Entrepreneurship Education to Cultivate College Students’ Entrepreneurship Willingness in Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang

高职院校通过创业教育激发大学生创业意愿对培养创新创业人才、缓解就业压力、促进经济发展具有重要意义。在开设创业课程、强化专业实训、健全高职大学生创业人格和创业品质等已有手段基础上,新疆高职院校应进一步加强对大学生的创业引导和资源投入,同时政府也应完善创业政策,营造良好的创业氛围,从而提高高职大学生的创业意愿。

For higher vocational colleges,stimulating students’ entrepreneurship willingness through entrepreneurship education has great significance in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship,alleviating employment pressure and promoting economic development. On the basis of existing methods such as opening an entrepreneurial course,strengthening professional training and improving the entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial qualities of higher vocational college students,vocational colleges in Xinjiang should further strengthen entrepreneurial guidance and resources for undergraduates. Meanwhile,the government should also improve the entrepreneurial policy to create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere,so as to enhance the entrepreneurial desire of college students.
