介绍了全封闭式双刀刮墨系统的工作原理,给出了该系统的设计方案,重点介绍了封闭式刮刀系统、密封件、供墨系统的设计,同时给出了刮刀的安装调试经验。全封闭式双刀刮墨系统的应用提高了印刷效率与印刷质量,保护了环境。

This paper introduces the working principle of the all closed chamber doctor blade system,designs the structure sketch of the system,mainly introduces the design of closed scraper system,seal and ink system,the installation and debugging experience of the system are also introduced in this paper. The application of all closed chamber doctor blade system improves the printing efficiency and printing quality and protects the environment.
