摘要
在参与式管理和"书院制"改革的背景下,高校管理思维向"以生为本"转变,辅导员队伍日趋专业化,因此,学生组织的专业化发展不仅成为一种现实需求,也是高校实现"三自教育"的重要条件。潍坊学院作为山东省首家书院制改革的高校,在学生组织专业化发展方面做了许多有益尝试,这些尝试不仅推动了书院的文化建设,发挥了高校"全面育人"功能,而且对学生组织自身的延续性发展都具有一定的积极意义。
The management thought of universities is changing to 'students oriented' in the context of participatory managementand theacademysystemreform, becauseofwhich, thespecialization ofstudents' organizations is not only arealneedbutalsoanimportantconditiontoachievethree-selfeducation.Weifang University, thefirstonetoproceed theacademysystemreformin Shandong Province, hasdonemanybeneficialtriesin theregard ofspecialization ofstudents' organizations, which promote the culture construction of the whole college. At the same time, it has the positive significancetothecontinuityoftheorganizationitself.
