In the model, the inputs of the net should be the indices that describe the dwelling market or cause its demand, and then the output will show the demand. Furthermore, it also includes studying the demand forecast of the dwelling market. The analysis for the result of forecast indicates it is effective to utilize BP Nerve Net when we deal with the non-linear problem.
