摘要
通过对不同茬口、迎茬条件下施用不同有机肥的大豆根际土壤微生物数量进行测定,结果表明,重迎茬根际土壤中细菌数量明显低于正茬,真菌数量高于正茬,而放线菌数量在不同时期有很大变化。施入不同有机肥后,能明显增加土壤中细菌和放线菌的数量,真菌中青霉菌数量增多,致病菌数量减少。
