视网膜变性近视眼行LASIK术前作预防性光凝对防止视网膜脱离的效果观察

Observation of the laser photocoagulation on retinal degeneration myopia before LASIK operation to prevent the retinal detachment

目的对有视网膜变性的近视眼 ,于LASIK术前采用预防性激光光凝处理 ,观察并评价其预防视网膜脱离的效果。方法对有视网膜变性的近视眼 4 6例 5 2眼 ,在LASIK术前先作预防性激光光凝。结果所有作了预防性光凝的近视眼 ,在施行LASIK术后随访 3～ 12个月 ,无 1例发生视网膜脱离并发症。结论近视眼有视网膜变性者 ,在施行LASIK治疗前作预防性光凝处理能有效地防止并发视网膜脱离。

Objective In order to prevent the retinal detachment complication after LASIK operation in myopia with retinal degeneration,the preventive laser photocoagulation management was used before LASIK operation and the result were observated. Methods 52 eyes(46 patients)with retinal degeneration in myopia were treated by preventive laser photocoagulation before LASIK operation.Results All myopia cases underwent LASIK who had been treatde by laser photocoagulation were followed up for 3-12 months.No retinal detachment were found.Conclusion When retinal degeneration occurred on myopia,the preventive laser photocoagulation on retinal degeneration is effective to prevent the retinal detachment in myopia after LASIK.
