摘要
目的 为临床开展鼻窦内窥镜手术提供外科手术解剖学依据。方法 在 10具 2 0侧经防腐处理的完整成人尸头标本上观测筛泡气化发育的情况 ,观察额窦及前中筛气房窦口引流情况。结果 额窦向中鼻道引流占 95 0 % (19侧 ) ,向筛漏斗引流占 5 0 % (1侧 ) ;额隐窝向中鼻道引流占 2 0 0 % (4侧 ) ,向筛漏斗引流占 15 0 % (3侧 ) ,向侧窦引流占65 0 % (13侧 ) ;筛泡向筛漏斗引流占 3 0 0 % (6侧 ) ,向侧窦引流占 70 0 % (14侧 )。结论 钩突和筛泡的解剖异常直接影响前组鼻窦的通气引流 。
Objective To provide anatomy basis for endoscopic sinus surgery Methods The lateal nasal wall was observed on 10 adult cadaveric specimens,and the ostium of frontal sinus and front mid ethmoid sinus was observed too Results The frontal sinus drained into middle meatus(85 0%,17 sides)and ethmoid infundibulum(15 0%,3 sides) Agger nasi draind into middle meatus(95 0%,19 sides)and ethmoid infundibulum(5 0%,1 sides) Frontal recess drained into midle meatus(20 0%,4 sides),ethmoid infundibulum(15 0%,3 sides)and lateral sinus(65 0%,13 sides) Ethmoid bulla drained into ethmoid infundibulum(30 0%,6 sides)and lateral sinus(70 0%,14 sides) Conclusion The abnormal pneumatization in uncinate process and ethmoid infundibulum can directly affect the drainage and ventilation of the ostium of frontal sinus and front mid ethmoid sinus
