摘要
以现场采集的2011年1-8月间25项水质指标及5种投药指标为基础,应用多元数据统计学理论中的主成分分析和聚类分析方法,对武钢北湖污水处理站的进、出水水质及水处理药剂投加情况进行综合分析。主成分分析结果表明:pH、油与水质COD之间存在着一定的内在联系;聚类分析表明石灰的投加与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)之间有明显的相关性,而这2种药剂的配合是科学降低废水中COD、油含量、碱度等出水控制指标的关键。
Multivariate statistical methods play an important role in environmental sci-ence and engineering.Two large sewage treatment stations can bear the responsibility of standard discharge and reuse in integrated wastewater treatment of WISCO.As recy-cling the establishment and operation of water pipe network,integrated wastewater re-use after treatment and dosage increased year by year,the water quality of the reclaimed water and water treatment agents,investment control and cost has become an important task in energy conservation and environmental protection.Based on the water quality in-dexes and 5 kinds of chemical indicators during January to August 25 in 2011,principal component analysis and clustering analysis had been used to show and analyze the water quality and water treatment agent water dosing of Beihu sewage treatment plant of WIS-CO.The results of principal component analysis indicated that there are relationship be-tween pH,oil and COD in wastewater.Cluster analysis indicated that the addition of lime and polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS)has a significant correlation,with this two me-dicament play an important role to control and reduce COD (chemical oxygen demand), oil content,and other key index in wastewater.This study for the clear all types of wa-ter treatment agent function and continue to promote water saving energy provides new scientific evidence.
