Hydraulic system improvement of ladle cover in No.3 continuous caster

大包盖是用于钢水保温的设备,其直接影响着钢水温度稳定和铸坯质量。针对大包盖现存难以盖严、撞击罐沿及液压系统漏油等缺陷,组织对大包盖旋转、升降控制系统改造、对液压管路调整、对大包盖升降油缸改型等工作,实现了设备的稳定工作。

The ladle cover is an equipment used for heat preservation of molten steel,which directly impacts on molten steel temperature stability and slab quality.For the existing defects,such as difficulty to be covered tightly,easiness to be impacted,and leakage for hydraulic system,some renovations on the lifting and rotary control system of ladle cover were done,the hydraulic pipeline was adjusted,and the model of the ladle cover's lifting cylinder was modified,which kept the equipment working stably.
