浓缩倍率对Q235B钢腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 针对中性介质中Q235B钢的腐蚀问题,使用旋转挂片腐蚀试验机进行试验,利用动态腐蚀失重法、动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗等电化学方法研究了Q235B钢在不同浓缩倍率模拟水样中的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明,随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大,Q235B钢的动态腐蚀速率出现增大的趋势。溶液中腐蚀性离子的浓度随着溶液浓缩倍率的增加而增大,同时,电化学试验结果表明,电荷传递电阻和膜电阻均逐渐减小,导致电化学反应过程的阻力变小,加快了Q235B钢的腐蚀,与动态腐蚀失重法腐蚀速率的变化相对应。 For the corrosion problems of Q235 Bsteel in a neutral aqueous medium,the corrosion behavior of Q235 Bsteel in the simulated water samples with different concentration ratios was studied by using a rotary coupon corrosion tester and using the dynamic weight loss method and electrochemical methods,such as the potentiodynamic polarization curve and AC impedance etc.From the experimental results,the dynamic corrosion rate of Q235 Bsteel was increased with the concentration ratio increase of simulated water.With the increase of the concentration ratio of the solution,the concentration of corrosive ions in the solution was increased;the charge transfer resistance and the membrane resistance were reduced simultaneously from the results of the electrochemical experiment.Due to this,the resistance during the electrochemical reaction was reduced,which caused the acceleration of the corrosion rate of Q235 Bsteel,it was corresponded with the variation of the corrosion rate of weight loss.
