摘要
CSP产线高强薄材轧制工况条件下,轧机系统关键部件接触应力过大,设备功能精度不足引起设备事故,造成大量经济损失。研究了精轧机组承载能力,优化CSP精轧机组负荷分配并提升其功能精度,保障了设备稳定安全的运行。
When rolling the thin gauge high strength strip in CSP,the rolling contact stress of the key mill components was too large.Under this rolling condition,the equipment accidents occurred due to the insufficient accuracy of the equipment function,which caused the severe losses.Through the study of the carrying capacity of the finishing mill,the load distribution of CSP finishing mill was optimized and the control accuracy was improved to ensure the safe CSP operation.
