某离心式压缩机振动故障的原因分析及处理措施

Analysis and countermeasures on centrifugal compressor vibration fault

武钢气体公司空压机多次在正常运行中由于三级振动高故障突然自动停机,经分析,其原因是二级冷却器气道结垢性堵塞造成的,用药物浸泡清洗冷却器、清除压缩机叶轮叶片表面灰垢后,振动高故障问题得到解决,空压机恢复正常。

The air compressor was automatically stopped suddenly many times because of the high Stage 3vibration fault during the normal operation in the gas company of WISCO.After investigating,the fault was caused by Stage 2cooler airway clogging due to the incrustation.After cleaning the cooler and the impeller blade with the chemical solution,the high vibration problem was resolved,the air compressor was recovered to the normal operation.
