英格索兰C90×3空压机自动减载运行原因分析及改进

Analysis of reasons and improvement on the automatic load shedding operation of Ingersoll Rand C90×3 air compressor

武钢气体公司七空压站4台英格索兰C90×3空压机出现自动减载运行问题,分析后发现问题原因是设备电流测量信号受到严重干扰而失真,导致设备控制系统误动作,设备自动减载。为了排除对电流测量信号的干扰,在设备电机端加装电流互感器,改进后设备恢复正常运行。

The automatic load shedding problems were appeared in 4Ingersoll Rand C90×3air compressors in the 7th air-compress station of Gases Co.,Ltd of WISCO.Based on the analysis,it was found that the current signal of the equipment was severely interfered,which led to the malfunction of the equipment control system,thus the automatic load shedding problems were appeared.In order to eliminate the interference to the current signals,CTs have been installed on the motors of the equipment,and the equipment was recovered to normal run after that.
