A practical method to judge frequency converter repair quality

以ALSPA MV1000系列变频器为例,在离线模式下接入220V、50 Hz的交流电源,利用白炽灯作为负载,通过手动方式运行变频器,能够比较简单直接地判断修复变频器的好坏。该方法为生产现场提供了1种变频器的简易测试技术,减少了利用检修时间拆除和安装变频器的繁琐过程,对机组的正常运行不会带来任何危害。

The ALSPA MV1000 series frequency inverter was taken as the example in this paper.Under the offline mode,the inverter was supplied with 220V/50 Hz AC power and the filament lamp was used as the load.By operating the frequency inverter in manual mode,the performance of the refurbished inverter can be evaluated easily and directly.This method can be used at site as a simple testing method to reduce the time for dismantling and installing the inverter without any influences one normal operation of the processing line.
