摘要
本研究测定了普通大学生短时间递增负荷力竭运动前后不同时刻血清GH、IGF -I和GHBP的浓度。结果显示 :青年男性短时间递增负荷力竭跑台运动后即刻、运动后 30分钟血清GH浓度明显升高 ,运动后 60分钟呈恢复趋势 ,运动后 60分钟和运动后 2 4小时与运动前相比均无显著性差异 ;运动后即刻血清IGF -I浓度升高 ,但无显著性差异(P >0 0 5) ,运动后 60分钟呈恢复趋势 ,运动后 2 4小时呈下降趋势 ,但亦无显著性差异 ;运动后即刻血清GHBP浓度明显下降 ,运动后30分钟、运动后 60分钟呈恢复趋势 ,运动后 2 4小时未见显著性变化 ;可见 ,成年男性短时间剧烈运动可引起血浆GH浓度短时间急剧升高 ;血浆IGF -I浓度不受短时间剧烈运动的影响 ,且对于内源性GH水平的升高无显著性应答 ;短时间剧烈运动可降低血浆GHBP的水平 ,即减少了组织GHR的数目 ,但在运动后 30~ 60分恢复到安静时水平。推测GH -IGF轴的变化与运动时能源的耗竭和神经递质的变化有关。
Objective To examine the influence of a short-time incremental graded exercise to exhaustion on serum GH, IGF-I, and GHBP concentrations.Method Serum GH, IGF-I, and GHBP concentrations in 10 healthy freshmen (male, 20 70±0 82 years)were measured. Blood samples were obtained before exercise and at 0 (immediately), 30, 60 min and 24 hour postexercise.Results The serum GH concentrations at the 0 and 30 min postexercise were significantly higher ( P < 0 01) than preexercise, and subsequently declined back to baseline by 60 min. At 0 min postexercise, serum IGF-I concentration was higher than preexercise, and at 24 hour postexercise was lower, but both show no significant differences. There were no significant differences among 0, 30, 60 min, and 24 hours postexercise. Serum GHBP concentration declined significantly postexercise, and recovered by 30~60 min. Conclusion The study indicated that the exercise-associated elevated serum GH concentration did not increase serum IGF-I concentration, even at 24 hour postexercise. The high-energy demand during and after the intensive exercise to exhaustion may have overridden an existing GH stimulus on serum IGF-I. Serum GHBP concentration decreased after an intensive exercise to exhaustion.
