乳痛消对乳腺增生患者雌二醇、孕酮和催乳素的影响

Effects of Rutongxiao on Estradiol, Progestin and Lactogen of Galactophore Hyperplasia Sufferer

目的:观察乳痛消(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)对乳腺增生患者雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)和催乳素(PRL)的影响,并评价其疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的乳腺增生患者183例按随机单盲法分为治疗组(122例)和对照组(61例)。治疗组用乳痛消,对照组用乳癖消。观察两组的综合疗效并评价疗效及对E2、P和PRL的影响。结果:①治疗组痊愈率65.60%,显效率20.40%,有效率3.20%,无效率10.80%,总有效率89.20%;对照组则分别为15.00%、50.00%、6.00%、29.00%、71.00%。经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组的比数比(OR)为3.51,95%的可信限(CI)为5.11～2.41;对照组则为0.28和0.41～0.19。②治疗组较对照组的绝对危险度降低率(ARR)为19.0%;相对危险度降低率(RRR)为63.0%;需要处理的病例数(NNT)为6例。③治疗组较对照组能下调E2和PRL的表达(P<0.05,P<0.01),上调P的表达(P<0.01)。结论:乳痛消通过调节E2、P和PRL的表达治疗乳腺增生,疗效好,临床价值大。

Objective: By observing the effects of Rutongxiao (Ⅰ,Ⅱ) on estradiol (E2), progestin (P) and lactogen (PRL) of galactophore hyperplasia sufferer, its remedial effects was evaluated. Method: According to the diagnostic standard dividing 183 cases of galactophore hyperplasia sufferers into therapy group (122 cases) and contrast group (61 cases) by random access. Therapy group use Rutongxiao while contrast group use Rupixiao. We observe the integrative remedy of two groups, and then evaluate their remedial effects and their effect on E2, P and PRL. Result: ①In therapy group, recovery ratio is 65.60%, distinct efficiency 20.40%, efficiency 3.20%, inefficiency 10.80%, and its total efficiency is 89.20%. In contrast group, those ratios are 15.00%, 50.00%, 6.00%, 29.00% and 71.00% respectively. According to statistic results, their differences are obvious (P<0.01), the opposite ratio (OR) of therapy group is 3.51 and confidence interval (CI) is 5.11～2.41 while the confident limit is 95%. But the result of contrast group is 0.28 and 0.41～0.19 respectively. ② The absolute risk reduction (ARR) of therapy group is 19.0%, the relative risk reduction (RRR) is 63.0% and the cases needed to deal with are 6. ③ Comparison with the contrast group, therapy group can go down E2 and PRL formula (P<0.05, P<0.01) and up P (P<0.01). Conclusion: By adjustment of E2 and PRL formula, Rutongxiao has a good remedial effects and great clinical worthiness in the treatment of galactophore hyperplasia.
