摘要
兰州石化公司8 000t/a碳五加氢石油树脂装置由于没有碳五粗分离装置,无法开展原料优化工作,本研究在前期碳五分离工艺研究的基础上,对3种双烯烃进行比较彻底地分离,结合再脱间戊二烯塔底物料和萃取精馏后单烯烃和烷烃为主的剩余物料,根据积累的生产经验,进行碳五加氢石油树脂装置的原料配比优化调和,结果优化后三种双烯烃的比例近似为1∶1∶1,单双烯比提高约20%。
Because there is no C_5 crude separation plant,8000t/a hydrogenated petroleum resin plant was unable to carry out the optimization of raw materials.In this study,based on the preliminary study of C_5 separation process,three kinds of double olefins were completely separated,combined with re-separation of M-pentadiene tower bottom material and the residual material of the extraction and rectification of single olefins and alkanes.According to the accumulation of production experience,to carry out the optimization of raw material ration of C_5 hydrogenated petroleum resin,the proportion of the three kinds of double olefins was approximately 1 :1 :1,monoethylene diene ration increased by about 20%.
