摘要
介绍了一种高浓高盐化工废水的资源化综合处理工艺,包括以下步骤:将废水集中,加入有机絮凝剂,沉降大颗粒杂质和大部分的悬浮物、漂浮物;加入活性炭吸附剂,吸附有机质;过滤,除去水中的颗粒状杂质、胶体物质和悬浮物,然后通过一级纳滤分离废水中的一二价离子;含一价离子水经过反渗透,制得纯水可作工业用水;浓水经过电渗析进行一价盐的提浓,得到NaCl副产物;含二价离子水进行冷冻结晶,离心后结晶体层经过双级膜电渗析,制得酸碱产物,水层进行纳滤处理;吸附了有机质的饱和吸附剂经过脱水干燥,进行回收利用。该工艺成本低,可同时去除废水中的有机质和无机盐,并加以利用,节能环保。
