板蓝根芪藿口服液中黄芪多糖的提取工艺研究

Analysis and Research on the Extraction Process of Astragalus Polysaccharide of Radix Isatidis Qiho oral Liquid

筛选和确立板蓝根芪藿口服液中主要成分黄芪多糖的提取工艺与参数,提高药剂黄芪多糖的含量。分别从黄芪的粉碎参数、提取工艺、除杂工艺等方面确定合适的方法与参数,并进行重现性验证,以确定合适的黄芪提取工艺方法。结果证明:本方法合理可行,产品收率稳定,重现性和可操作性好,适用于板蓝根芪藿口服液黄芪多糖的提取工艺方法。

the selection and establishment of main components of Radix Astragalus qiho oral liquid in the extraction process of polysaccharide and chemical parameters,improve the content of Astragalus polysaccharides.The suitable methods and parameters were determined from the grinding parameters,extraction process and impurity removal process,and the reproducibility of the method was verified.Results :this method is reasonable and feasible,stable product yield,good reproducibility and operability,a method of extraction for qiho radix astragalus polysaccharide oral liquid.
