高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定蜂胶中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素残留量

Simultaneous Determination of Residues of ChlorampHenicol,hiampHenicol and Florfenicol in Propolis By Hplc-Ms/Ms

建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定蜂胶中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素残留的方法。结果表明:在1~30μg/L范围内氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素3种目标物的线性关系良好,相关系数R^2均大于0.997;氯霉素的检出限为0.01μg/kg,甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素的检出限均为0.05μg/kg;3种目标物的加标回收率为67.3%~121%、变异系数为0.82%~12.2%。该方法准确可靠、灵敏简便,能够满足对蜂胶中氯霉素类药物的残留确证。

A method has been developed for the determination of Chloramp Henicol,Thiamp Henicol and Florfenicol in Propolis by High performance liquid chromatograp Hy-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The calibration curve of target was linear in the range of 1 ~ 30μg/L with correlation coefficients not less than 0.997.The detection limits of this method were 0.01μg/kg for chloramp Henicol and 0.03μg/kg for thiamp Henicol and florfenicol.The average recoveries were oranged from 67.3% ~ 129% with relative standard deviations of0.82% ~ 15.2%.The method is simple,reliable,sensitive,accurate and was suitable for the determination and confirmation of chloramp Henicol,thiamp Henicol and florfenicol residues in Propolis.
