新型金刚石工具铜基结合剂及其性能

摘要 简要阐述了新型金刚石工具铜基结合剂的构成,并总结出了结合剂所具有的独特性能:拥有传统铜基结合剂的韧性好、耐腐蚀性强、以及能够导热和导电的特性,且还具有价格成本较低、融合成形性能高等特点。此外,此种新型金刚石工具铜基结合剂由于Sn的添加,使胎体密度加大;由于Ni的添加,使其抗弯能力加强;由于Fe的添加,使其硬度也明显提高。列举其应用方向,旨在为金刚石工具能够与更多、更为环保的结合剂材料相融合,进而开辟金刚石工具的全新市场,做出自己应有的贡献。 This paper briefly describes the composition of new copper based bond diamond tools,and summarizes the unique properties of agents :has the traditional copper based binder,good toughness,strong corrosion resistance,and thermal and electrical properties,and has the advantages of low cost,high performance fusion forming.In addition,this new type copper based bond diamond tools owing to the addition of Sn,the matrix density increased;with the addition of Ni,the flexural capacity of strengthened;due to the addition of Fe,the hardness increased significantly.Lists its application direction,the purpose is to be able to combine with more and more environmental protection bond material,then opens up the new market of the diamond tool,and makes its due contribution.
