针对目前国内钟罩式光亮退炉现场对流盘的吊装缺陷,以及流盘吊装效率低、员工工作强度大,存在安全隐患的问题,对钟罩式光亮退火炉对流盘夹具进行改造和重新设计,以便提高生产效率,降低生产安全隐患。

The retrofitting and re-design of convection disc fixture in bell-type bright annealing furnace is introduced.The production efficiency is improved and the potential safety hazard of production is reduced.
