摘要
从造酒工艺出发,研究酒在制作过程中且存放过程中发生的相关化学变化,从化学专业的角度讲述了酒精的变化过程,用简短精炼的专业术语阐述民生问题。
From the perspective of wine brewing process,this essay researches on chemical transformation in the process of wine manufacturing and storage.It represents the changes of ethyl alcohol from the point of Chemistry.Furthermore,livelihood issues are illustrated in terminology in brief.
