摘要
传统的环己醇装置所采用的伴热系统通常是低压蒸汽系统,为了响应节能减排的号召,同时也为了降低企业的生产成本,针对环己醇装置的节能优化进行了分析研究。通过对环己醇装置的特点进行分析,用高温冷凝水作为伴热的介质,从而代替低压蒸汽,实现环己醇装置的热能回收利用,以保证环己醇装置的节能效果。
In the traditional cyclohexanol plant,the heat tracing system is usually low-pressure steam system.In order to reduce energy consumption and reduce production cost,the energy-saving optimization of cyclohexanol plant is analyzed.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of cyclohexanol plant and use high temperature condensed water as tracer medium instead of low pressure steam to realize heat recovery of cyclohexanol plant to ensure the energy saving effect of cyclohexanol plant.
