摘要
对微通道反应器中偶氮染料连续化制备技术进行研究,以C.I.酸性红54为模型底物,考察微通道反应器中反应物流速、停留时间、管道内径和反应温度对反应的影响,得较优工艺条件为:重氮组分、偶合组分的摩尔比为1∶1,反应物流速ν=0.18m/s,停留时间τ=11.11s,管道内径D=1.0mm,室温下进行(20℃),产率为96.80%。以C.I.酸性红54较优工艺条件为基础,固定反应物流速ν=0.18m/s,管道内径D=1.0mm,对不同色系的酸性偶氮染料和活性偶氮染料在微通道反应器中的反应情况进行初步研究,产率均大于80%。该工艺具有连续化、高效、条件温和等优点,具有很好的广泛实用性。
Micro channel reactor for azo dye continuous preparation technology was investigated by C.I.acid red 54 as the model substrate,the effects of reactant flow rate,micro channel reactor residence time,pipe diameter and reaction temperature on the reaction,the better process conditions were :molar ratio of diazo components,coupling component 1:1,reactant flow rate v=0.18m/s,retention time=11.11 s,pipe diameter D=1.0mm,room temperature(20 DEG C),the yield was 96.80%.C.I.acid red 54 optimal process condition,fixed reactant flow rate V=0.18m/s pipe diameter D=1.0mm,preliminary study on reaction of different color acid azo dyes and reactive azo dyes in the micro channel reactor,the yield was more than 80%.The process has the advantages of continuous,high efficiency,mild conditions,etc.,and has a very good wide range of practicality.
