化工设计中管道应力分析的必要性研究

Analysis and Necessity of Pipeline Stress in Chemical Engineering Design

随着我国经济的迅猛发展,工业技术水平也得到了不断的提升,化工装置在国内的需求量不断增加,管道装置的直径越来越大,化工装置管道的设计变得更加关键。对化工管道应力的种类进行分析,分别阐述了管道应力设计的主要内容。最后通过强调化工管道应力在化工设计中的必要性,提出了几点应对措施,以供参考。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the industrial technology has been improved continuously.The demand of chemical plant is increasing in China,and the diameter of the pipeline is getting bigger and bigger.The design of the pipeline is becoming more and more important.In this paper,the types of stress in chemical pipelines are analyzed,respectively,the main content of the stress design of the pipeline is expounded.In the end,the author points out the necessity of chemical pipeline stress in chemical engineering design and puts forward some countermeasures for reference.
