摘要
神宁MTP二套催化剂再生采用循环再生方法,较一套MTP催化剂再生时的压力提高了10k Pa,对比了一套、二套压力变化后再生时间、再生氧含量及再生结束后催化剂上线运行时反应器出口甲醇、二甲醚的变化情况,再生时间缩短了7h,再生结束时的各项指标均合格。
The regeneration of the two sets of catalyst of Shenning MTP was improved by 10 k Pa with the pressure of a set of MTP catalyst,and the regeneration time,regeneration oxygen content and the catalyst on-line operation after the two sets of pressure changes When the reactor exports methanol,dimethyl ether changes,the regeneration time is shortened by 7 hours,the end of the regeneration of the indicators are qualified.
