摘要
合理的金属热处理,可以极大地优化金属材料的性能,使材料在性能发生变化以后,满足不同的使用要求。金属热处理的过程中,对热处理的结果产生影响的因素较多,极易导致形变的发生,影响热处理的效果,进一步影响到构件的精度、强度以及使用寿命。只有合理控制热处理的形状改变量,才能使工件具有良好的使用性能。因此,就金属热处理过程中变形问题的防范措施进行了详细的讨论。
Metal heat reasonable treatment,to optimize the performance of metal materials can greatly,make the material after the performance change and meet different requirements of the application process of metal heat treatment,there are many factors that affect the result of heat treatment,can easily lead to the occurrence of deformation,the influence of heat treatment effect,further affect the component precision,strength and service life.Only when the shape change of the heat treatment is properly controlled can the workpiece be well used.In this paper,the precautions against deformation in the process of metal heat treatment are discussed in detail.
