丁二烯属于化工生产的重要烯烃原料,丁二烯的生产加工工艺方法比较多,现在工业上大多采用萃取精馏法生产丁二烯,根据所用溶剂的不同,该生产方法又可分为乙腈法(CAN法)、二甲基甲酰胺法(DMF法)、N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP法)。通过对丁二烯加工工艺的研究,结合化工生产的实际情况,优化设计丁二烯的生产工艺,获得最佳的经济效益。
