摘要
丁二烯属于化工生产的重要烯烃原料,丁二烯的生产加工工艺方法比较多,现在工业上大多采用萃取精馏法生产丁二烯,根据所用溶剂的不同,该生产方法又可分为乙腈法(CAN法)、二甲基甲酰胺法(DMF法)、N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP法)。通过对丁二烯加工工艺的研究,结合化工生产的实际情况,优化设计丁二烯的生产工艺,获得最佳的经济效益。
Butadiene is a kind of important olefin raw material for chemical production.The process of production and processing of butadiene is relatively large.Nowadays,most of the industrial use of extractive distillation to produce butadiene,according to the different solvents used,the production method can be divided For the acetonitrile method(CAN method),dimethyl formamide method(DMF method),N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP method)three main.Through the study of butadiene processing technology,combined with the actual situation of chemical production,optimize the design of butadiene production process,to obtain the best economic benefits.
