汽轮机运行中产生烧径向瓦问题及改进措施

摘要 在化工生产过程中,汽轮机作为一项重要生产设备,其运行质量直接影响到化工厂的稳定性与安全性,因此应加大力度维护和检查汽轮机,保证汽轮机可以正常稳定运作。汽轮机是一种大型机械,因此在实际运作中,需要每个零部件有效配合,若是汽轮机运作中出现故障,其后果不堪设想象。基于此,分析了汽轮机实际运作过程中产生的烧径向瓦问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,希望能够确保汽轮机正常稳定运行。 In the process of chemical production,the steam turbine,as an important production equipment,has a direct impact on the stability and safety of the chemical plant.Therefore,it is necessary to intensify the maintenance and inspection of the steam turbine to ensure the normal and stable operation of the steam turbine.Turbine is a large machinery,so in actual operation,the need for effective cooperation with each component,if the operation of the turbine failure,the consequences could not bear to imagine.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problem of the burned radial tile produced during the actual operation of the steam turbine,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,hoping to ensure the normal and stable operation of the steam turbine.
