化学专业本科生自主学习能力的培养与探究

摘要 在我国高等院校对本科学生的教育过程中,对能力方面的培养越来越被重视。能力,简而言之就是指可以胜任某一项工作的主观条件。在心理学中,能力则指人能够完成某种任务所具有的个性与特征。根据大学生的成长经历,能力也可分为几个层次,包括:创新的能力,也就是说一个人的创新意识与创造精神;实践能力,是指能够充分利用自己学到的知识来解决问题;其他有语言组织能力、管理操作能力等。针对于大学生在学习中的能力培养,分析能力培养对大学生的作用,并主要与化学专业相结合,阐述了化学专业的本科生怎样进行能力培养。 In the process of education of undergraduates in colleges and universities in our country,the cultivation of ability has been paid more and more attention.Ability,in short,refers to the ability to do a job subjective conditions.In psychology,ability refers to the ability and ability of a person to accomplish a certain personality.According to the growth experience of college students,ability can be divided into several levels,including:the ability of innovation,that is,a person's sense of innovation and creativity;practical ability,is able to make full use of their knowledge to solve the problem;Other language organization ability,management operation ability and so on.This paper aims at the ability of college students in the study of the ability to cultivate,analyze the role of training capacity for college students,and mainly with the combination of chemistry,describes the chemistry of undergraduates how to carry out capacity training.
