摘要
我国现役火电发电机组中锅炉排烟温度一般在125~150℃,褐煤锅炉的排烟温度一般在原煤水分40%时排烟温度能达到160℃,排烟热损失严重。集合高效热能回收系统是将锅炉尾部烟道的热能进行综合梯阶回收,此技术已在京能五间房2×660MW机组工程中不断取得创新和突破,有效地降低了锅炉排烟温度,实现了热能的深度回收和利用,降低了机组发电能耗。并且降低了污染物的排放,达到接近零排放的目的。
The exhaust gas temperature of boilers in China is about 125~150 ℃.The exhaust gas temperature of lignite boilers is generally 160 ℃ when the raw coal water is 40%,and the heat loss is serious.The combination of efficient heat recovery system is the boiler tail flue heat energy integrated ladder recovery,this technology has been in Beijing to five room 2 × 660 MW unit project in continuous innovation and breakthrough,effectively reducing the boiler exhaust temperature,The depth of heat recovery and utilization,reducing the unit power generation.And reduce the emissions of pollutants,to achieve the purpose of close to zero emissions.
